One-time payment for your project.
Consultation / Routine Filing
A brief advising session of about 15 minutes
orA routine filing, such as a Statement of Information.
Standard Session
A typical one-hour project, which may include:
Contract drafting, or review and negotiation (approx. 3–10 pages)
A more in-depth advising session
Deep Dive
A two-hour project for more complex matters, such as:
Longer contract drafting, or review and negotiation (approx. 11–20 pages)
Support for extended projects requiring multiple rounds of advising

Your project, plus ongoing comprehensive support at a better value. Minimum 6-12 months as quoted in advance.

Keep your business compliant with routine check-ins and maintenance filings.
2. Day-to-Day Support
Have us on-hand for contract reviews, new contract drafting, and general advising, up to an average of about one h0ur of legal support per month.
Time accrues throughout Membership and never expires, so you can use it when you need it. Our small business Members rarely go out of scope.
