What’s out of scope?
Out of Scope Legal Time
The Membership covers almost all of the normal legal support small businesses need. However, if you need help with an extra big project, like a dispute, a major contract, a business sale, or some other project(s) that will require substantial amounts of legal time, we will quote any out-of-scope time in advance.
Out of Scope Legal Projects
Our practice includes general business and intellectual property support for creative entrepreneurs. If you need help with things like litigation, nuanced employment matters, tax law, estate planning, or other matters out of our scope, that is not included in the Membership, and we can refer you to outside counsel for support.
